Sponsored by CCSD and with the participation of 9 civil society organizations (CSOs), a lecture was held on March 3, 2015 in the city of Qamishley about the mechanisms of transparent elections and election monitoring. The lecture was organized by Shiar Issa as part of the What about elections!? campaign and was attended by more than 50 representatives of local political parties and CSOs in #Qamishley.
