Capacity Building is one of the most powerful tools that we have. We build the capacity of civil society activists by conducting workshops to coach them on Confidence Building, Leadership, Democracy, Transitional Justice, Media, Human Rights, Conflict Resolution and Negotiations, in addition to providing them with the necessary tools to counter all forms of political and economic corruption.
Networking between Syrian civil society activists, international experts and other organizations is one of the tools for building capacities, by promoting cultural exchanges and experiences.
We believe that capacity building of civil groups cannot be achieved without providing them with technical support as well as coaching them to manage and develop organizations to be more effective, sustainable and able to participate in the process of political and community development. We accept that a true democracy cannot be achieved without empowering women and addressing the constraints and restrictions imposed on them.
