Strategic planning is one of the most important tools for guiding the work of institutions and making the path of their work clear. The Center for Civil Society and Democracy is a pioneer among institutions in the field of empowering civil society in Syria by adopting strategic planning in its interventions.
Since CCSD’s approach prioritises the participation and inclusion of the largest possible number of peoples’ opinions, a poll was published on CCSD’s Facebook page about the strategic planning that we are doing. The strategic planning will guide the next five years, and cover 25 issues and programs.
