We believe that dialogue and negotiation are the best solutions that will enable Syrians to achieve their goals. Our work focuses on the political transition process by strengthening civil society organizations and empowering women to play a greater role in facilitating the political transition, as well as advocating for the inclusion of track II & III Syrian communities in the negotiation process. Through our Negotiation program, we focus on developing the capacities of civil groups, organizations and individuals to enable them to negotiate for their rights, as well as the release of detainees, the cessation of bombing, the ending of the sieges, and the delivery of humanitarian aid.
